Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the accurate and timely distribution of regulatory email and postal communications.
- Prepare mailing data, completing basic data checks and tidy-ups to ensure information is correct before issue.
- Identify and flag data inaccuracies, working with relevant teams to support data cleansing and correct customer delivery.
- Follow established mailing rules and processes, ensuring all outbound communications meet required standards and using alternative delivery methods where appropriate.
- Support the Marketing Lead with the delivery of large-scale or high-priority regulatory communications.
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team, assisting with the planning, preparation and issuance of customer communications.
Salary and working hours:
- Starting salary £15,600.00 per annum (£26,000.00 FTE)
- Choice of 3 days Mon-Fri between 8:45am - 5:00pm (21.75 hours per week)
- Hybrid working, 3 days per week from our Head Office (Cambridge)
