Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the accurate and timely distribution of regulatory email and postal communications.
  • Prepare mailing data, completing basic data checks and tidy-ups to ensure information is correct before issue.
  • Identify and flag data inaccuracies, working with relevant teams to support data cleansing and correct customer delivery.
  • Follow established mailing rules and processes, ensuring all outbound communications meet required standards and using alternative delivery methods where appropriate.
  • Support the Marketing Lead with the delivery of large-scale or high-priority regulatory communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team, assisting with the planning, preparation and issuance of customer communications.

Salary and working hours:

  • Starting salary £15,600.00 per annum (£26,000.00 FTE)
  • Choice of 3 days Mon-Fri between 8:45am - 5:00pm (21.75 hours per week)
  • Hybrid working, 3 days per week from our Head Office (Cambridge)
