The Cambian Group is seeking compassionate residential care workers to support children and young people in our care, building strong relationships and a warm, supportive environment. You’ll plan activities, provide one-on-one support, and accompany young people on off-site trips.
Experience is not required, as a comprehensive induction and training are provided. Sleep-ins (£30 per shift) are part of the role, with 2–3 shifts per week. A full UK driving license is preferable but not essential.
