Are you ready to make a real difference in a growing SEMH school? Hidelow Grange School is seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Head Teacher to join our supportive Senior Leadership Team.
The school is a small Independent Special School based in Acton Beauchamp, Worcester. Our school provides specialist education to boys aged 11 to 18 years who have social, emotional and mental health needs. With up to 20 pupils, our school offers a unique opportunity to shape provision for some of our most vulnerable learners. We pride ourselves on our integrated therapeutic ethos, holistic development, and unwavering focus on safeguarding.

Your role:
- Develop and implement whole-school assessment policy.
- Oversee data collection, analysis and reporting cycles.
- Lead on behaviour systems and act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL).
- Coordinate PEPs and take responsibility for a key curriculum area.
- Teach up to 50% of a full timetable, modelling outstanding practice.
- Ensure leadership continuity and be a constant point of support for staff and pupils.
