Fensgrove has a large outdoor space with a big garden overlooking a local nature reserve, a playground, and a paddling pool for summer days. We support our children by providing a nurturing environment, talking to them, and showing them love and support, guiding them with our knowledge of PACE to help them cope with any challenges. Our aim is to inspire children, be role models, and show them their own self-worth. The children make us feel whole, and their progress and words of thanks remind us that we are making a difference.
We are one big happy family and this works so well with our homely environment. The team thrives when together and can see the difference they make. We regularly share good news and progress during team meetings, reflecting and giving encouragement where needed. We support each other as a team, nurturing children all of the time through care and attention.
