Residential Children\’s Team Leader
Location: Warrington
Pay: ÂŁ14.17 per hour plus ÂŁ30 per sleep in

What You’ll Do
As a Residential Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where You’ll Do It
Our home provides care for 3 children, the home is spacious and uses love led practice to support children to feel loved, valued and cared for. The home uses therapeutic input and reflective practice.
Within our home is 3 siblings, they are bright, energetic and full of energy. Our days consist of colouring, painting and laughter.
Our team is built of love, support and respect for one another, our team work together to create a family home environment.
