The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Full-time shift pattern: shifts start at 8.00/9.00 am until 10.00/11.00 pm, with sleep-in pay until 7.00 am. The shift then continues from 7.00 am until 9.30 am.

Requirements: Must hold a driving license and understand or be willing to learn BSL (British Sign Language).

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Residential Support Worker to join our team at one of our residential homes in Halifax / Doncaster. We provide residential care for young adults aged 18+ who are profoundly deaf, have significant hearing loss, and/or complex needs. Residents who are deaf or hard of hearing often face communication challenges. Support workers will be trained and supported to overcome these challenges.

Key duties include:

  • Providing support and care tailored to each individual
  • Travel with residents using the company car
  • Care planning and meal planning
  • Organizing and facilitating social activities
  • Maintaining the home environment
  • Liaising with parents and professionals
