Who we are:
Cambian Red Rose School is an independent, DfE-registered, co-educational day school, providing specialist education for up to 30 students aged 5-17 years.
We provide high-quality, personalised education for students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties.
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally hold UK QTS and a degree.
- Have good interpersonal skills and be able to interact with and communicate confidently with staff, students, and other stakeholders.
- Have an understanding of mental health diagnoses and use an empathetic approach to engage learners.
- Possess knowledge of the curriculum and be able to deliver in more than one curriculum area.
- Have high expectations for all students, be able to raise attainment levels, and maintain high standards.
- Have good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude.
- Be able to manage your time and workload effectively.
- Have a sound understanding of safeguarding practices and procedures.
