Childrens Residential Support Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our children’s homes for Residential Support Workers! We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals who want to make a positive difference in children\’s lives.

We offer both full-time and bank contracts.

Salary ranges from £11.59 to £12.23 per hour, plus sleep-in payments (£30.00 per sleep-in, based on 8-10 sleep-ins per month).

Additional benefits include paid annual leave, a monthly rota, and work during holidays including Christmas and New Year, which is especially joyful when celebrated with the children.

Shifts involve long hours and sleep-ins, with hours varying depending on the home location.

You must be at least 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations.

Driving is essential due to the locations of the homes.

No prior experience is necessary.

Additional benefits include a refer-a-friend payment scheme, enrollment in a workplace pension scheme after three months, opportunities for progression (Support Worker to Team Leader to Deputy Manager), overtime pay at x1.25, a fully paid 10-day induction course, an enhanced DBS paid for by Cambian Group, and enrollment in NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce after a successful six-month probation.
