An exciting opportunity has arisen in our children’s homes for Residential Support Workers! We are looking for a caring and compassionate person with the desire to help children and young people by making a positive difference to their lives.

We offer:

• Full-time and bank contracts
• A basic payment of £11.92 to £12.54, plus sleep-in payments (based on 8-10 sleep ins per month)
• Paid annual leave

Additional Information:

• You will receive a monthly rota
• This is a 24/7 job, including Christmas, New Year, and all holidays, with celebrations with children!
• Flexible shifts with sleep ins (which are essential). Hours vary depending on the home
• Must be 21 or older due to Ofsted regulations
• No experience needed
