Some days will be challenging but every breakthrough, every smile and every step forward will remind you why this work truly matters.

- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
- Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where You’ll Do It
We are a solo residential children’s home, which means we provide individualised care and focused support to one young person at a time. Our setting is designed to feel safe, homely, and nurturing rather than institutional, allowing us to build strong, trusting relationships and create a calm, stable environment. The young people we care for often come to us with complex backgrounds and a range of emotional and behavioural needs. Supporting them can be challenging but is also rewarding; seeing their progress, no matter how small, gives us a strong sense of purpose and pride. Our team works closely together, maintaining consistent boundaries and routines while sharing observations to ensure we respond appropriately to the young person’s needs. We also prioritise staff wellbeing, offering each other emotional support and regular communication to maintain a positive, resilient approach.
