The Forum School is recruiting for the following positions across care and education.

  • Care
  • Deputy Home Manager
  • Home Manager
  • Support Workers (days and nights) – must be able to work at least 24 hours per week.
  • Education
    • Driver – part time, 22 hours per week, term time only
    • Head of Education
    • Higher Level Teaching Assistant
    • Teacher (QTS required)
    • Teaching Assistants – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, term time only.

    Benefits: Free qualifications provided to all staff. Support workers will receive free transport from Swanage, Bournemouth, Poole, and other Dorset towns.

    Eligibility: No sponsorship offered. All applicants must have at least 12 months Right to Work on their current visa.
