The predicted salary is between 42000 - 84000 £ per year.
Your role will include leading on the ongoing development of the clinical model, managing and supervising other clinicians in the CSE services across the Country and supporting the delivery of both direct and indirect support to children and young people. This may include conducting specialist assessments, report writing, delivering evidence-based interventions and designing and offering bespoke training packages for staff teams. In addition, you will be supporting the teams in the delivery of clinically focused meetings, consultation and reflective practice.
For over 25 years, our specialist residential care services have provided therapeutic care and education for girls who have experienced child sexual exploitation (CSE). Our specialist CSE services aim at understanding and reducing risk factors through an evidence-based model of care that is trauma informed and developed to deliver therapeutic residential care, individual therapy and education packages.
The post will require someone with previous experience of working as a qualified Psychologist with children and young people in relevant settings such as CAMHS, residential care and/or trauma informed services.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Lead for our CSE services. This role will include providing clinical leadership and working alongside operational colleagues to support the ongoing delivery of evidence-based practice and to contribute to the development of high-quality services.

To be successful within this role you will need to be committed to improving outcomes for young people and have experience in:
- Working with children and young people presenting with a range of clinical needs across relevant settings
- Experience of delivering evidence-based trauma informed therapeutic interventions with children and young people
- Experience of delivering training
- Experience of conducting specialist assessment, intervention and management of a range of presenting needs
- Experience of supervising and managing other clinicians
- Registered with the HCPC
- Experience of working as a qualified Psychologist with children and young people including young people who present with risk-taking behaviour
- Experience of supporting service development
- Able to conduct specialist clinical assessments and produce high-quality reports
- Experience of supporting staff teams through training, consultation and/or reflective practice
- Be a strong team player, with excellent communication skills
