The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Financial Accountant who wants to be part of a team evolving, developing, and embracing new ways of working. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead the delivery of statutory accounts and returns for the Calico Group, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including VAT.
- Support the Finance Team with month‑end and year‑end processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, audit schedules, and the successful delivery of the annual external audit.

You’ll work closely with the Finance Management Team and, where required, contribute your insight to support leaders across the Calico Group — helping to influence strategic decision‑making and shaping the future of our financial operations. We’re transforming our systems, strengthening our processes, and enhancing our impact — and you’ll be right at the heart of it.

- Experience in financial accounting within a complex or multi‑entity organisation.
