The Opportunity

Together we are looking to create growth and opportunity for individuals with drug and alcohol support needs and build a better and all-inclusive working world. We work collaboratively to make a real impact in transforming someone’s lives. As an IPS Employment Specialist within Calico Enterprises’ Employability & Skills team, you will work closely with individuals with drug and alcohol support needs offering Individual Placement and Support (IPS) as part of a holistic recovery plan for people in structured treatment supporting them with various needs to gain sustainable paid employment. These needs vary from assisting individuals in deciding what is the most suitable career path for them, supporting them with training needs to achieve this career, CV writing, confidence building, dedicated job searching, focused face to face employer engagement, interview preparation, in-work support and much more!
