The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and values-driven HR Business Partner to join our People team at a really exciting time.
This is a key role where you’ll partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement and wellbeing across the organisation.

You’ll be
- Working closely with leaders to drive performance and support change across diverse services.
- Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations, helping managers feel confident and capable.
- Leading on people strategy, talent planning and organisational development.
- Supporting major change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE.
- Using data and insight to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
Day-to-day, you’ll balance strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach – coaching, challenging and supporting managers while ensuring our people practices are compliant, fair and aligned with our values.

What We’re Looking For
We believe in recruiting for potential as well as experience. Our ideal candidate will have:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent), or working towards it.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives and organisational change.
- Strong experience managing complex employee relations cases (e. g. disciplinary, grievance, absence, redundancy).
- Experience supporting TUPE transfers or large‑scale change programmes.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Strong ability to influence, coach and challenge leaders constructively.
- Experience using data and insights to support decision making.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working in a multi‑service or regulated environment.
- Experience with workforce planning or HR analytics tools (e. g. i Trent).
- Knowledge of EDI, wellbeing or engagement strategies.
