The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and experienced accountant to lead our business planning and treasury functions during a pivotal period of growth and improvement. This role will:
- Provide expert financial support by delivering a comprehensive business planning and treasury accounting service for the Group.
- Develop, review and advise on our Treasury Strategy and Policy, ensuring long‑term financial resilience and compliance.
- Work closely with a range of funders to support investment, viability and future ambitions.
- Support regulatory compliance across the Group, ensuring strong controls and confidence in our reporting and governance.
As we strengthen our financial strategy and modernise the ways we work, you’ll play a key role in shaping our direction. This is an exciting moment to join a team in transformation; your insight and leadership will genuinely make a difference.
What We’re Looking For
We recruit for potential as much as experience. Our ideal candidate will bring:
- Full accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 2+ years’ PQE.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102).
- Ability to design, maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
- Working knowledge of transactional and complex accounting concepts.
