Within the tranquil surroundings of our luxury spa, exceptional service is paramount. We are seeking a Spa Guest Services Agent to oversee spa reception operations, elevate guest experiences and support the delivery of personalised, world‑class service.
The Person

The Role
- Lead Spa Reception operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Act as a key point of contact for spa guests and VIPs
- Support Spa Manager in daily operations and team leadership
- Drive service quality, standards and profitability within the Spa
- Represent the Spa Manager in their absence
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless guest journeys from booking to departure
- Maintain compliance with service standards, QA programmes and safety procedures
- Manage guest feedback, service recovery and continuous improvement
- Support rotas, training, retail performance and operational reporting
