The Role:
- Support daily maintenance operations across the hotel
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are safe and fully operational
- Minimise guest impact through efficient, discreet maintenance work
- Uphold health, safety and environmental standards
- Work collaboratively with Engineering and wider hotel teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks efficiently
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
- Carry out basic repairs, inspections and safety checks
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest or operational issues
- Adhere to grooming, security and sustainability procedures.
