Front of House Manager to lead daily operations and inspire exceptional service from arrival to departure.
The Person:
- An experienced Front Office leader with luxury hospitality expertise
- Guest-focused, composed and confident in decision-making
- Strong people manager with coaching and performance leadership skills
- Organised, commercially aware and operationally confident
- Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic hotel environment
The Role:
- Lead Front Office operations in line with luxury service standards
- Support strategic objectives and act as senior cover when required
- Drive guest satisfaction, team engagement and operational excellence
- Ensure smooth arrivals, departures and occupancy performance
- Champion brand standards and service culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Front Office teams and daily shift execution
- Manage room allocation, occupancy and overbooking levels
- Resolve guest feedback proactively and professionally
- Coach, develop and support team performance and succession
- Ensure financial accuracy, security and policy compliance
