We are seeking a Casual In-Room Dining Assistant to deliver personalised, discreet and memorable service, ensuring every request - from morning pastries to late-evening indulgences - is presented with elegance and care.
The Person:

The Role:
- Deliver luxury in-room dining experiences across all service periods
- Support guest needs and provide attentive, personalised service
- Assist with amenities for VIP arrivals and special guest requests
- Maintain equipment, cleanliness and brand standards in all F&B areas
- Work collaboratively across departments to support smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, deliver and present in-room dining orders to luxury standards
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries
- Maintain stock, equipment condition and cleanliness in service areas
- Attend briefings, training sessions and complete end-of-shift handovers
- Uphold hygiene, safety, brand and grooming standards consistently.
