Key Responsibilities:
- Exemplary Guest Room Presentation: Ensure that all guest rooms, suites, and associated areas are maintained to the most luxurious and pristine standards.
- Luxury Bed Linen & Guest Amenities: Meticulously change and replenish bed linens, towels, and amenities.
- Deep Cleaning & Upkeep: Undertake deep cleaning tasks and regularly inspect guest rooms and associated areas.
- Efficient Trolley Management: Maintain and restock your cleaning trolley daily.
- Guest Satisfaction & Requests: Respond to guest inquiries and requests with grace.
- Safety & Security: Uphold the highest safety standards.
- Environmental Stewardship: Adhere to the hotel's commitment to sustainability.
- Lost Property Management: Ensure all lost property is handled according to the hotel's strict procedures.
- Collaboration & Support: Foster strong, cooperative relationships with colleagues across departments.
