At The Caledonian Edinburgh, exceptional luxury service continues throughout the night. We are seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight operations, ensuring guest safety, service excellence and seamless hotel performance after hours.

The Person

The Role

  • Lead the Front Office Night Team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Act as the senior management representative overnight
  • Maintain luxury service standards, safety and security at all times
  • Oversee night audit, reporting and operational continuity
  • Ensure smooth handovers to the daytime management team

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise overnight Front Office operations and team rotas
  • Serve as point of contact for guests, VIPs and emergencies
  • Complete night audit procedures and financial controls
  • Monitor hotel security, conduct night walks and safety checks
  • Manage incidents, guest concerns and overnight reporting
