Night Auditor
At The Caledonian Edinburgh, luxury service continues around the clock. We are seeking a Night Auditor to oversee the overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring guests experience seamless, attentive service while maintaining accuracy, security and operational excellence throughout the night.
The Person

The Role
- Deliver refined overnight guest service at the Front Desk
- Act as the lead point of contact for guests during night hours
- Ensure accurate night audit, reporting and financial controls
- Maintain hotel security and safety standards overnight
- Support a smooth handover for the morning Front of House Team
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overnight check-ins, check-outs, billing and reservations
- Complete night audit procedures and prepare daily reports
- Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve issues
- Monitor security, access and safety complianceCommunicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance & Front of House teams
