The RoleThe Night Auditor is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the smooth overnight operation of the hotel’s front desk. This role includes managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, maintaining security, and responding to guest needs professionally and efficiently. The Night Auditor plays a key part in optimising guest satisfaction, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, and supporting operational efficiency during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by warmly welcoming guests and addressing their needs.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Maintain security by monitoring access to the hotel and ensuring guest safety.
- Communicate clearly with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage guest reservations, billing, and payments accurately.
