The Role:
- Take ownership of a designated kitchen section
- Deliver consistently high-quality, well-presented dishes
- Support efficient kitchen operations and minimise food waste
- Uphold all food safety, hygiene and brand standards
- Contribute positively to the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present dishes in line with recipes and specifications
- Manage mise en place, portion control and quality at all times
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workstation
- Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team
- Support smooth service delivery during busy periods.
