Klarent Hospitality is excited to announce we are now accepting applications for our Klarent Graduate Programme 2025! The Klarent Graduate Programme is a 2-year experience that develops future Hospitality Leaders. Your 2 years will be spent in two different properties in the UK/Ireland, developing your knowledge of hotel operations, group support functions, commercial awareness, and leadership skills. You will receive coaching from industry experts and be mentored by senior management, providing extensive personal and professional development. Your innovation and curiosity will be essential in supporting us to implement key business projects to drive the future direction of the company. Our graduates are the future of our business. Who are we looking for?
- Someone with a love of the operational aspects of hospitality and a passion for variety, from working in our fast-paced Food & Beverage Department to providing first-class customer service in our Front Office.
- Have insight into the exciting world of hospitality and be passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our Guests.
- Be willing to work and live anywhere in the UK/Ireland and be prepared to relocate at the end of the first year of the programme.
- Have a degree, or be in the process of gaining a degree in a Hotel/Leisure/Tourism discipline by September 2025.
- Right to Work in the UK/Ireland for the duration of the programme.
- Available to start in September 2025.
