At The Caledonian Edinburgh, our Food & Beverage outlets deliver elevated dining and refined guest experiences. We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support leadership across our venues, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence and strong commercial performance.

The Person

  • Experienced in luxury food & beverage operations with strong supervisory skills
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated with a genuine love for hospitality
  • Calm under pressure and confident in managing competing priorities
  • Skilled communicator who inspires and supports team members
  • Willing to learn, multitask and develop into future leadership roles

The Role

  • Delegate tasks, communicate effectively and manage team workflow
  • Respond to guest queries promptly and professionally
  • Support annual and mid-year appraisals for direct reports
  • Maintain strong knowledge of POS systems, cash-up and rota processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
