The Role: As a Food and Beverage Host at The Court, your day will be an opportunity to deliver exceptional service in an elegant setting, where every detail matters. Here’s what a day with us might entail:
- You enjoy taking and delivering food and drinks orders, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
- Multifunctional Food and Beverage management and support allowing you to flex your skills in all Food and Beverage Outlets within the Hotel. This will cover and not exclusive to restaurants, bars, in room dining and conference and events, both early and late shifts.
- Ensure that all Food and Beverage bookings are managed and communicated across the Food and Beverage department in a timely manner.
- In depth knowledge of the booking system used within the Food and Beverage department.
- Ensure that all guests are called pre-arrival, and any specific requirements are communicated with the teams.
- Liaison with guests in the booking of private events within the Food and Beverage departments.
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service.
- Up-sell with latest departmental incentives.
- Carry out cleaning duties as assigned to you in any of the food and beverage outlets.
- As a Food and Beverage Host you will work 5 days per week, including, but not always, weekends and bank holidays.
