Guest Services Agent to help deliver a seamless, refined experience from first arrival to final farewell.
The Person

The Role
- Deliver a seamless, refined guest journey from arrival to departure
- Act as the first and lasting impression of The Caledonian Edinburgh
- Provide attentive, personalised front-of-house service
- Uphold the hotel’s luxury standards and brand values at all times
- Support the wider Front of House team in exceeding guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out with efficiency, discretion and warmth
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries, resolving requests professionally
- Maintain thorough knowledge of room categories, rates and promotions
- Maximise occupancy and revenue through confident upselling
- Follow all security, cash handling and health and safety procedures.
