The Role:
- To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
- Ensuring all meeting and events rooms are well presented, clean and stocked with supplies
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience is delivered
- Provide support for events, such as assisting with last minute changes, guest queries or technical support
- Ensure all equipment is set up correctly
- Support the team with food running and service, ensuring a seamless experience in a fast-paced environment.
