At The Caledonian Edinburgh, exceptional dining is an essential part of the guest experience. We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to support our kitchen brigade in delivering refined, high-quality cuisine within one of the city’s most iconic hotels.

The Role:

  • Take ownership of a designated kitchen section
  • Deliver consistently high-quality, well-presented dishes
  • Support efficient kitchen operations and minimise food waste
  • Uphold all food safety, hygiene and brand standards
  • Contribute positively to the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes in line with recipes and specifications
  • Manage mise en place, portion control and quality at all times
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised workstation
  • Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team
  • Support smooth service delivery during busy periods.
