We are seeking a Deputy Head Housekeeper to support the leadership of the Housekeeping department, ensuring impeccable guest rooms, high-performing teams and consistent service excellence throughout the hotel.

The Role
- Support the Head Housekeeper in leading daily housekeeping operations.
- Drive consistent guest room and public area standards.
- Champion service excellence, productivity and engagement.
- Lead by example during peak operational periods.
- Support succession planning, training and departmental development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise room quality, cleanliness standards and operational delivery.
- Coach and develop housekeeping teams to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor productivity, costs and supplier performance.
- Respond proactively to guest feedback and quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety and sustainability policies.
