At The Caledonian Edinburgh, our Conference & Events spaces host some of the city’s most memorable occasions. We are seeking a Casual Meeting & Events Team Member to deliver seamless setup, service and guest support, creating exceptional experiences for every meeting, event and celebration.

The Person

The Role

  • Support the delivery of luxury-standard meetings, events and banqueting services
  • Prepare, maintain and reset event spaces to required specifications
  • Provide attentive, efficient guest service throughout event operations
  • Collaborate closely with the Conference & Events Operations Team
  • Uphold safety, service and brand standards in all activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up meeting rooms, equipment and service stations to event briefs
  • Deliver food, beverage and ancillary services as specified
  • Manage event-related transactions and “extras” accurately and efficiently
  • Close down rooms, complete checklists and support event turnaround
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
