The Role
- Create memorable guest experiences through tailored recommendations
- Act as a key connection between guests and hotel services
- Support arrivals, departures and guest requests with efficiency and care
- Represent the hotel’s luxury standards and brand values
- Work collaboratively with Front Office and Guest Relations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert recommendations on dining, attractions and events
- Manage guest requests promptly and professionally
- Build rapport and anticipate guest needs, including VIPs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings and local area
- Adhere to all service, safety and confidentiality standards.
