As our Breakfast Host, your day will be an opportunity to deliver exceptional service in an elegant setting, where every detail matters. Here’s what a day with us might entail:

  • You enjoy taking and delivering food and drinks orders, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
  • Multifunctional Food and Beverage management and support allowing you to flex your skills in all Food and Beverage Outlets within the Hotel.
  • Ensure that all Food and Beverage bookings are managed and communicated across the Food and Beverage department in a timely manner.
  • In-depth knowledge of the booking system used within the Food and Beverage department.
  • Ensure that all guests are called pre-arrival, and any specific requirements are communicated with the teams.
  • Liaison with guests in the booking of private events within the Food and Beverage departments.
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service.
  • Up-sell with latest departmental incentives.
  • Carry out cleaning duties as assigned to you in any of the food and beverage outlets.
  • As a Food and Beverage Host you will work 5 days per week, including, but not always, weekends and bank holidays.
