- Create memorable guest experiences across all dayparts, from morning coffee to afternoon tea, lunch, and evening cocktails.
- Deliver exceptional, luxury-standard service that upholds the hotel’s reputation for elegance and refinement.
- Warmly welcome guests, provide professional beverage guidance, and tailor experiences to individual preferences.
- Prepare and serve drinks to exacting standards, demonstrating strong knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and classic cocktails.
- Contribute creativity and innovation to the cocktail menu, developing new and inspiring drink offerings.
- Maintain an immaculate, well-stocked, and fully functional bar, ensuring all equipment meets operational standards.
- Handle cash, charges, and float procedures accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Upsell premium products and services through thorough knowledge of hotel offerings and luxury brand standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues across all Food & Beverage outlets to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Support other departments when required, demonstrating flexibility and a positive team attitude.
