Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm and professional demeanour
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Coordinate reservations and appointments
  • Assist with administrative tasks and member inquiries
  • Maintain the reception area to the highest standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role particularly in the high-end hotel or private members club environment
  • Experience of club or hotel software would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
