The predicted salary is between 17349 - 17949 £ per year.

Salary: £17,349.15 to £17,949.75 plus annual leave at 21 days. 35 hours per week (8.30am to 4pm each weekday, ½ hour lunch break unpaid).

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • To undertake general reception and administration duties.
  • To support the Head’s of School and Headteacher in achieving the Organisation's goals.
  • To take lead responsibility for the reception area in one of our designated school provisions.

TASKS:

  • To assist with any additional word processing and clerical tasks, i.e. letters and minutes as and when required.
  • To attend and minute specified School meetings, as and when required.
  • Answering the telephone and responding to queries, as and when required.
  • Assist colleagues with formatting documents and ensure the Foundation’s style is consistent.
  • To assist with orders, ensuring deliveries are disseminated correctly and relevant paperwork is forwarded to the relevant departments.
  • To assist with arrangements for booking accommodation, restaurants, trains and travel for employees across the Foundation.
  • To control the meeting room diary, assist with arrangements for meetings including organising refreshments etc.
  • To maintain the reception and office areas, including updating notice boards and displays, when necessary.
  • Replenish the photocopier & arrange photocopier maintenance, paper and toner etc.
  • To assist management in identified projects within all areas of the business as and when required.
  • To support the auditing of training records.
  • To work with Health & Safety colleagues to complete identified fire checks to be associated regulations.
  • Comply with the Foundation’s data protection policy.
  • Comply with the Foundation’s Health & Safety requirements and procedures.
  • Comply with the Foundation’s equality and diversity requirements and procedures.
