The Cake Crew in Bala, North Wales is seeking a hands-on Shift Maintenance Engineer to keep our bakery lines running safely and efficiently. You’ll respond to breakdowns, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and drive improvements across plant uptime and GMP.
With 3+ years’ engineering experience, NVQ Level 3 or higher, and 17th/18th Edition, you’ll read electrical/mechanical drawings, work with production teams and contractors, and champion continuous improvement on shift.
