The Cake Crew Ltd are a family-owned business committed to quality products, career development and mentoring and ethical working practices.

Based in Bala, North Wales, our factory produces almost 2 million cupcakes per week and is focused on continued growth whilst maintaining the quality of our product and our commitment to staff development.

We strive to be innovative in our product development, keeping ahead of the curve with the next exciting cake treat.

Following the closing date, shortlisted applicants we will conduct a first stage 20 minute interview via Teams, second stage will consist of an online personality assessment and then final stage candidates will be invited to attend an on‑site Recruitment Day, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet members of our team, learn more about the business and take part in the selection process.
