The opportunity to work with large retailers in a role which involves lots of customer facing opportunities.

What you’ll do:

• Develop exciting new concepts from idea to launch in the categories of cupcakes, small cakes, sheet cakes and celebration cakes.
• Work closely with, and production teams to bring your creations to life.
• Ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and compliance.
• Stay ahead of trends and deliver innovation that delights customers.
• Be instrumental in the trial and launch process.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in food product development (bakery or confectionery preferred).
• Creative flair with strong technical knowledge.
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who loves turning ideas into reality.
• Confident in a customer facing role.
