As our Clinic continues to grow, we're looking for a Patient Liaison Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences and building trusted relationships with both patients and consultants.

The Role

As a Patient Liaison Manager, you'llbe the welcoming face of the Clinic, supporting patients throughout their journey while working closely with our consultants, nursingteamand Patient Advisors.

You'll build trusted relationships, enhance the patient experience and help patients feel informed and confident throughout their consultations and treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and support patients attending consultations and surgery.
  • Conduct pre- and post-consultation conversations to understand patient needs and concerns.
  • Capture consultant feedback and patient insights following appointments.
  • Support patients in progressing confidently to surgery.
  • Act as the key liaison between consultants and the Patient Advisory team.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Pabau.
  • Deliver a premium, personalised experience at every stage of the patient journey.
