About Us

The Cadogan Clinic is an award-winning cosmetic surgery, dermatology, and aesthetic hospital based in Chelsea. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Non-Surgical Sales Advisor to join our high-performing team.

The Role

As a Non-Surgical Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry through to booking and aftercare. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-quality clinical environment, liaising with patients and consultants to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert high-quality leads into consultations and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with patients and consultants
  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience from enquiry to treatment
  • Manage diaries, bookings, and administrative processes with precision
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and medical records
  • Support client retention and long-term relationship building

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience in a cosmetic, aesthetic, or high-end clinical environment
  • Strong track record of lead conversion and client retention
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident communicator with a patient-focused approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

Salary & Commission

  • Commission: approx. 1% of gross sales (paid monthly)
  • Additional commission linked to administrative accuracy and compliance
  • 31 days holiday (rising to 33 after 2 years)
