Location: Cadogan Clinic, Sloane Street, Chelsea, London

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: £36,000–£38,000 DOE + shift enhancements & benefits (OTE up to £45,000)

Shifts: Flexible shifts across 5 days (Monday–Sunday), On-call rotation required

We are looking for a highly motivated Scrub Nurse to join our high-performing theatre team, working across three state-of-the-art theatres at one of the UK's leading cosmetic surgery clinics. No two days are the same — you'll be supporting a wide range of procedures including (but not limited to) rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, facelift, labiaplasty, blepharoplasty, liposuction, and fat transfer.

Working closely with our world-class consultants, you'll play a key role in ensuring safe and effective theatre preparation, surgical assistance, and patient safety. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of the team, with outstanding organisational skills.

What You'll Bring:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin
  • At least 1 year's experience in a Scrub Nurse role in the UK
  • 6+ months' experience on a PACU ward
  • Passion for delivering excellent patient care
  • Strong communication and teamworking skills
  • Positive, flexible, and proactive approach
  • Basic understanding of patient care in day-case surgery
  • Experience in cosmetic or plastic surgery
  • Willingness to cross-specialise in Recovery and Scrub
  • Previous experience supporting multi-disciplinary theatre teams
