Primary Responsibilities Include
Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Supporting the Head Pastry Chef and other senior chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen.
Supervise and mentor commis and junior pastry chefs, taking full charge of specific production sections (e.g., viennoiserie , plating, chocolate, or ice cream) when required .
Collaborate with the pastry team to conceptualise, test, and execute enticing seasonal menus, desserts, and baked goods.
Ensure all pastry equipment, specialized tools, and workspaces are impeccably maintained , organized, and fully operational.
