We are seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef to lead the Pastry team at The Cadogan, A Belmond Hotel. This key position offers a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the pastry offering across the hotel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional pastries and desserts, leading a high-performing team, and delivering outstanding guest experiences through creativity, quality and innovation.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Head Pastry Chef will oversee all pastry operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, presentation and efficiency across the department.
