💼 The Role:

As a Self-Employed Buy to Let Specialist with The Buy to Let Broker, you’ll work with experienced landlords and portfolio clients from across the UK, offering tailored mortgage advice with full control over how and when you work.

You’ll handle cases from start to finish, building long-term relationships with sophisticated investors and growing your personal client bank, all while being backed by a stellar support team and powerful brand.

👥 Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert mortgage advice to professional landlords and portfolio investors.
• Work collaboratively with internal admin and case managers to keep cases moving smoothly.
• Ensure all advice and documentation is FCA-compliant and in line with TCF principles.
• Stay ahead of lender criteria, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Be a brand ambassador for The Buy to Let Broker – professional, knowledgeable, and ethical.

📌 What You Need:

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification – required.
• Minimum 12 months\' mortgage advice experience – ideally in Buy to Let or specialist lending.
• A proven track record of success in a client-facing advisory role.
• Confident and clear communication – especially over the phone and email.
• Next-level organisational skills – you’re the master of your own pipeline.
• Integrity, drive, and a positive, collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently with the motivation to grow your business.
• A client-first ethos – always.
