What You’ll Be Doing as a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer

This is a true trainee role – no prior recruitment experience required. If you're driven, organised, and enjoy working with people, this is a chance to build a long‑term, high‑earning career in recruitment. You’ll support delivery across a range of vacancies including butchers, production operatives, supervisors and management roles. Day‑to‑day you will:

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and internal systems
  • Write and post job adverts
  • Screen candidates via phone and video interviews
  • Build and manage talent pipelines
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate diaries
  • Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, Excel trackers)
  • Assist with compliance (Right to Work, references)
  • Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience
  • Work towards clear KPIs and targets as you develop
