Your responsibilities as Production Supervisor:

  • Deliver production output against plan, ensuring targets, quality, and deadlines are met
  • Lead, train and manage operatives to maintain performance, discipline and efficiency
  • Enforce food safety, hygiene and PPE compliance across all production areas
  • Monitor KPIs including KPMH, waste, and metal detection accuracy
  • Ensure all records, QA holds and rework processes are completed accurately and in real time
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation and factory conditions

What we’re looking for in a Production Supervisor:

  • Previous experience supervising within food production or manufacturing is essential – experience with sausages is desirable.
  • A full, UK driving licence (essential)
  • Strong understanding of food safety, BRC standards and health & safety compliance
  • Experience managing production output, KPIs and operational performance
  • Ability to oversee QA processes, documentation and compliance procedures
  • Experience leading teams on a busy factory floor environment
