Based within a busy secondary processing and cutting plant in Stevenage, this role is ideal for someone with strong knife skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. Your responsibilities as a Meat Cutter:

  • Strip joints and prepare primal cuts
  • Cut steaks to specification
  • Prepare chicken and other meat products
  • Work accurately to production targets and customer specifications
